"Well, I'm sure Plum'll be just fine. his chemicals work in such a way, to my belief, as to counteract any influence the HA might have over him. It is his association with me in the intake of these chemicals that makes me suppose him to be a warrior who would do our cause good. Although it may be dangerous to give him a full briefing, as on a conscious level he may be more vulnerable, I feel that he is a Machine that could help us to fight the more malignant machinery of the Human Advance. We should give it some thought, and come up with a plan as foolproof as we can make it, but I think that we are on the verge of a major breakthrough. It would be a grand old shame to squander it..."

In conclusion, I agree with the toad supposition, but there is a deeper well where herons are concerned, and drawn.

Herons certainly have an unstable look about them.

Today I was in Lucker, sweet land of mystery and potatoes and irish girls, and irish grills. I was walking up the lonnen, you may remember walking Down it from Warenford once upon a time jack, and off to my right i saw two herons fighthing in the air. Verily. I have never seen such a thing, it was like Jurassic Park, only less realisitc.

That speaks volumes. An example of herons taking it too far? Perhaps. No firm conclusions can be reached without the obligatory stork cross-referencing. Anyone out there encountered stork on stork violence, or even threats of violence?

I think moss should perhaps have filmed the heron incident for the benefit of Look North audiences the world over.

You can trust a stork.

It's like in that tragic parable where the Stork saves the Heron's life even though it did it bad. Simply tragic.
